How do I place an order?

  1. Find and select the item you wish to order. If custom stitching is needed, be sure to select the appropriate stitching options.
  2. Add the item to your shopping cart.
  3. Go to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your billing and shipping details and any applicable coupon codes.
  5. Select your payment method. Enter credit card details on the same page or use PayPal, which will redirect you to the PayPal website to complete the order.
  6. Complete your order. You'll see your order number and details on the final screen and receive a confirmation email.

When will I receive my order?

  • Processing Time: The processing time for each product is listed on the product page. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days). If your order contains items with different processing times, it will be dispatched when all items are ready.
  • Delivery Time: After dispatch, expect delivery within 10 business days.

How will my order be delivered to me?

  • We partner with reputable carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Aramex. You’ll receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email to track your order status.

Do you accept returns?

  • Unstitched outfits: Returns accepted within 7 days.

Who will pay for return shipping fees?
