At Bindyaa, each outfit is carefully crafted and often custom-stitched with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products and the personalized service we offer, all purchases are final.
No Returns & No Refunds
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, except in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item being delivered.
We encourage all customers to view real customer reviews and photos featured on our homepage and Instagram: @bindyaaofficial before placing an order.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please follow the steps below to report the issue:
To qualify for review:
You must record a clear video of the product unboxing/unpacking at the time of opening.
The issue must be reported within 1 business day of delivery.
Send the video and photos to info@bindyaa.com with your order number.
If the claim is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address by email. Please do not ship items back without approval — they will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Custom-stitched or altered garments
Accessories and jewelry
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Refunds (If Approved)
Once the returned item (in case of an approved claim) is received and inspected:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
