I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Bindia Official. I ordered the Lemon Yellow outfit because the website clearly showed a beautiful bright yellow top paired with a white, creamy-colored bottom featuring yellow floral detailing. The combination looked elegant and vibrant.

Unfortunately, what I received looks completely different. The top is more of a greenish-yellow, and the bottom is grey with greenish-yellow flowers. The grey completely changes the look of the outfit and doesn’t have the same spark, brightness, or elegance shown in the photos online. The colours are simply not matching what is advertised.

I even reached out to ask what my options are, including whether I can return it and, if a replacement is sent, whether I would actually receive the colours shown on the website. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.

This is exactly what makes ordering clothing online frustrating. When the product shown, the colours displayed, and the product actually received are so different, it makes you think twice before ordering again. Customers should be able to expect that the item they receive reasonably matches the photos and description provided online.

I hope Bindia Official responds and addresses this properly, because I am genuinely unhappy with this order.
